Billing & Payments

This page explains how payment works when you buy from Fig & Coffee, operated by ADL PURE TECH LLC.

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or the provider you choose at checkout. We do not accept checks, money orders, bank transfers or cash on delivery.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order. A temporary authorization may appear on your statement first and is replaced by the final charge when the order is processed. If we cancel an order before shipping, the charge is voided or refunded in full.

How the charge appears

Charges will appear on your statement as FIG & COFFEE or ADL PURE TECH LLC. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us at support@figandcoffee.com or (866) 690-6410 and we will look it up for you right away.

Prices, currency and taxes

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The total you see on the final checkout page, including tax, is the amount you will be charged. We do not charge any additional fees.

Security

Our checkout is hosted by Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, and every page is encrypted with TLS/SSL. We never see or store your full card number.

Declined payments

If a payment is declined, check that the billing address and card details match what your bank has on file, or try another payment method. Your bank can tell you why a payment was declined; we do not receive that information.

Fraud prevention

To protect our customers, orders may be reviewed for fraud. We may ask you to verify your identity or billing details before shipping, and we may cancel orders we cannot verify. We will refund any cancelled order in full.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. See our Refund & Returns Policy for timing and conditions.

Billing questions

For any question about a charge, email support@figandcoffee.com with your order number or call (866) 690-6410. We reply within 24 hours, Monday–Friday. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can resolve almost everything directly.
