Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ADL PURE TECH LLC, doing business as Fig & Coffee ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit figandcoffee.com or buy from us (the "Site"), and the choices you have. It applies to U.S. residents; we do not sell or ship outside the United States.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, contact support or leave a review, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order details and the content of your messages. Payment card numbers are collected and processed by our payment processor (Shopify Payments and the payment method you choose, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal); we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site we and our service providers collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP, and identifiers stored in cookies and similar technologies. See Section 5.
Information from other sources. We may receive information from our service providers (for example, shipping carriers, fraud-prevention services, and advertising platforms) and from Shopify, which hosts our store.
2. How we use information
- To process, fulfill, ship and provide support for your orders, and send order confirmations, shipping updates and other service messages.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- To measure how the Site is used and how our advertising performs.
- To show you ads for our products on other websites and platforms (see Section 3).
- To respond to your questions and requests.
We do not send SMS text-message marketing. We send emails about your order and account. If you choose to join our email list, we may send you occasional emails about products and offers; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email.
3. How we share information
Service providers. We share information with companies that help us run the store, including Shopify (hosting and checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, customer-support tools, fraud-prevention services and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Advertising partners. We share information with advertising and social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google and similar partners, through pixels, tags and server-to-server connections. This information can include identifiers, hashed email addresses, device data and your activity on the Site (such as pages viewed, items added to cart and purchases). These partners use it to show you our ads on their platforms, measure ad performance and build audiences, and they may combine it with information they hold about you. Under some U.S. state privacy laws this kind of sharing is treated as a "sale" of personal information or "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page.
Legal and business reasons. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, protect rights, safety and property, and in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing of unrelated products.
4. Categories of personal information (U.S. state law disclosure)
In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories: identifiers (name, email, address, phone, IP address, device identifiers); customer records (billing and shipping details); commercial information (orders and purchase history); internet activity (browsing and interaction with the Site and our ads); approximate geolocation (from IP address); and inferences drawn from the above for advertising. We disclose identifiers, commercial information and internet activity to service providers and to advertising partners as described in Section 3. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information and we do not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than those described here.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage and similar technologies. Some are required for the Site and checkout to work (for example, keeping your cart). Others measure performance (analytics) or support advertising (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google tags and comparable tools). You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of advertising cookies and sharing on our Your Privacy Choices page. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from your browser as an opt-out of targeted advertising where required by law. Blocking required cookies may prevent you from completing a purchase.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know what personal information we have about you and receive a copy; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request for you.

We will verify your request by matching the information you provide to the information in our records, and we will respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). 7. Data retention
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, handle returns and chargebacks, meet tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes, which is generally seven years. We keep account information until you ask us to delete it. We keep analytics and advertising data for the periods set by the relevant platform, and we delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
8. Security
Our store runs on Shopify, which is PCI DSS compliant, and all traffic is encrypted with TLS/SSL. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date. If we make material changes we will post a notice on the Site or email the address on your account.
